Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information sandbox7 ("we," "us") collects through studio7.offlineeverything.com and at the studio, how we use it and the choices you have. It's effective as of October 18, 2026.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
- Membership and booking history: your plan, class packs and credits, the classes you book, attend or cancel, and check-ins.
- Payments: what you bought, when and how much. Card payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your card details directly; we only see the card type, last four digits and expiry.
- Waivers: your signed liability waiver, including the date and the name you signed with, and for minors, the parent or guardian who signed.
- Information you give a coach, such as birthday, height, weight or fitness goals recorded at your first session. This is optional, used only to coach you and visible only to staff.
- Messages you send us, and basic technical information our hosting providers record automatically (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- To run your account, take bookings, manage memberships and credits, and process payments and renewals.
- To send sign-in links, receipts, booking confirmations and important notices about your membership or class changes.
- To coach you safely and keep required records such as waivers.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To send news or offers from sandbox7, only if you choose to receive them. You can opt out anytime using the link in the email or by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio and this site, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing those services:
- Stripe, for card payments
- Our website, booking software and database providers, which host the site and store account data
- Our email provider, to deliver sign-in links and notices
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the studio (in which case this policy continues to apply).
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because we don't track you across other sites, we don't change how we operate in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while you're a member and for a reasonable time afterward in case you return. We keep payment and waiver records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes (typically up to seven years). Signed membership agreements and the record of what you agreed to (including automatic renewal), with the time, IP address and browser used, are kept for at least 3 years after your membership ends, as California law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, as described below.
Your choices and rights
- View and update your account details from your account page, or ask us to.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete your account. We'll respond within 45 days. We may keep records we're required to keep (such as payments, signed waivers and membership agreements) even after deleting your account.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time. We'll still send messages about your account and bookings.
We won't treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Children
Accounts are for adults. Children's classes are booked and managed by a parent or guardian through their own account, and we collect only the information needed to run the class safely. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls that limit staff to the information they need. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep access to your email account safe, since it's how you sign in.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let members know by email before it takes effect.
