Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of studio7.offlineeverything.com and any membership, class pack or class you buy from sandbox7 ("sandbox7," "we," "us"). By creating an account, booking a class or making a purchase, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Your account
- You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can open it can sign in as you.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or guardian must create the account and sign the waiver for anyone under 18.
Health, safety and the waiver
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Before your first class you'll be asked to sign sandbox7's liability waiver, which is a separate agreement and controls if it conflicts with these terms. Check with your doctor before starting if you have any medical condition, are pregnant or haven't exercised in a while. Tell your coach about any injury or limitation, follow their instructions and stop if you feel unwell. Coaches may ask anyone to sit out if they believe it's unsafe for them to continue.
Memberships
- Every membership has a written membership agreement that you sign online before paying. It shows the price, what's included (for example, classes per week), the length of the term, the total price and how often you're billed. We email you a copy as soon as you sign, and it's always available under My account → Membership. No agreement lasts longer than 3 years or totals more than $4,400, and payments never run past the term.
- Automatic renewal. If your plan renews automatically, the agreement says so, and you agree to it with its own checkbox (it's never pre-checked or bundled with anything else). It renews at the end of each billing period, or after any fixed term, and we charge the payment method on file until you cancel. Your price can't change during a fixed term.
- Notices. If your price is going to change, we email you at least 7 and no more than 30 days before the new price takes effect. If your plan renews yearly (or has a term of a year or more), we email you 15 to 45 days before each renewal. Every membership also gets a reminder of its terms and how to cancel at least once a year.
- You can cancel online anytime from My account → Membership with one click; you never have to call or visit. You can also cancel by email, first-class mail or in person. Cancelling stops future renewals. If you cancel during a fixed term after the cancellation periods below, the agreement explains what's still owed.
- Unused classes in a billing period don't roll over unless your plan says so.
Your California cancellation rights
California law gives fitness studio members these rights, and nothing in these terms limits them:
- Right to cancel a new agreement. You may cancel a new membership agreement and be refunded what you paid under it, less the drop-in price of any classes you've already taken, until midnight of the fifth business day of the studio after you sign it (not counting Sundays and holidays). If the agreement's total is $1,500 or more (for example, a yearly membership paid upfront), you have longer: 20 days after signing for $1,500 to $2,000, 30 days for $2,001 to $2,500, and 45 days for more than $2,500. Your agreement shows your exact dates. Cancel with one click online, or by a signed and dated notice by email, mail or in person. Refunds are paid within 10 days of your notice.
- Moving away. If you move more than 25 miles from the studio and we can't offer a comparable facility within 25 miles of your new home, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining months.
- Disability. If a verified medical disability prevents you from using the studio, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining months. We may ask for a doctor's note.
- Death. If a member dies, their estate may cancel the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund of anything prepaid.
- Studio closure. If the studio closes or moves more than 5 miles away and we can't offer a comparable alternative, you're owed a pro-rata refund of anything prepaid.
- No membership agreement lasts longer than three years or totals more than $4,400.
Class packs and drop-ins
- Each drop-in credit covers one spot in one class. Credits are personal and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Credits expire on the date shown when you buy them. Bonus or promotional credits may expire sooner and have no cash value.
- First-time offers are for people who haven't trained with us before, one per person.
Booking, cancelling a class and no-shows
- Classes have limited spots and are booked first come, first served.
- If you cancel a booking within the studio's cancellation window, or don't show up, you may lose the credit and be charged the late-cancel or no-show fee shown when you book.
- We may change a class time or coach, or cancel a class (for example for weather, holidays or low attendance). If we cancel a class you booked, we'll return your credit.
Our current policies:
- Cancel a booking at least 1 hour before class.
Payments and refunds
- Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the purchases and renewals you choose.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and include any applicable tax unless shown otherwise.
- Except as stated above or required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll make it right.
- If a payment fails, we may pause bookings until it's resolved.
Conduct
Treat coaches, other members and the space with respect. We may suspend or end an account for unsafe, abusive or dishonest behavior, or for misuse of the site, with a pro-rata refund of anything prepaid and unused.
Photos and content
We may take photos or video in the studio for our social media. If you'd rather not appear, tell a coach or email us and we'll respect that.
The website
We work to keep the site and booking available and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, sandbox7 isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.
Text messages
- If you opt in, sandbox7 may text you about promotions at the mobile number you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by contacting us.
- Opting in isn't required to buy a membership, pack or class.
- Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your membership, we'll email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by California law, and disputes will be handled in the courts of the county where the studio is located, unless the law gives you another option.
